This program has been created to provide the next generation the tools to live happy, healthy and confident lives.

The program is a first of its kind anywhere in the world. The YDP is a Long Term Youth Development Program that is centered around Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). A modern art that has become the fastest growing sport in the world and undoubtably the most effective forms of self-defense and combat ever devised.

What makes it so successful? This is because it wasn't designed hundreds of years ago to address today's problems, but instead evolved by embracing what works and eliminating what doesn't. It is a modern art for modern times, which is the DNA of this program. The benefits of teaching martial arts to kids are immense, but they must believe that it will work in order to gain confidence.

Currently, there are too many martial art schools handing black belts out to kids and praying that they will never have to use them. Kids aren't stupid, all information is now available at the touch of a button, and confidence is derived from self-belief, not from misguided and outdated training methods.

We live in a very different world today than twenty years ago when smart phones weren't invented and social media was just getting started.

Although this technological advancement has made the lives of adults easier, it has had a very negative impact on kids. Even though gaming can be fun, it can make our kids less active, moody, unsociable, and even depressed. Kids no longer have a way to escape bullying at school thanks to social media, which is linked to the rise in teenage suicide.

Our generation is failing to provide solutions for modern day problems, and the lack of adversity our children are exposed to is toxic to their mental health and long term happiness.

It is our belief that this program will help to correct many of the problems our children face and prepare them for the most challenging times of their lives.

Encourage them to embrace advertising and to challenge themselves on a daily basis. You must teach them the importance of good, healthy eating and develop their mental toughness so they can achieve their full potential and be happy.
